LSI is seeking a passionate and motivatedYouth Services Specialist to support young people ages 1624 in building the skills, confidence, and experience needed to succeed in the workforce. This role combines teaching, coaching, mentoring, and career development to help youth connect learning with real-world career opportunities.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with young adults, facilitating career readiness instruction, and helping individuals identify and pursue meaningful career pathways. This is a highly rewarding opportunity with a manageable caseload, strong team support, and the ability to make a direct impact in the community.


Key Responsibilities

Work Directly with Youth

  • Manage a small caseload of up to 15 participants
  • Provide one-on-one coaching focused on career development and employment readiness
  • Facilitate workplace readiness and career exploration lessons
  • Help participants identify strengths, goals, and career interests
  • Support confidence-building and personal development

Support Learning & Skill Development

  • Guide participants through online learning and training platforms
  • Provide accountability, encouragement, and academic support
  • Connect educational progress to real-world career pathways
  • Assist youth in developing foundational workplace and life skills

Connect Youth to Career Opportunities

  • Coordinate and support:
