• Conduct Therapy Sessions: Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Assessment and Treatment Plans: Perform comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans with your clients.
• Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate client progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with clients about their journey toward wellness.
• Client Education: Provide education on effective coping strategies and mental health maintenance, empowering clients to take charge of their own wellbeing.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • Education: A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Licensure: A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred, equipping you with the practical skills and intuition necessary for effective client engagement.
• Experience utilizing Evidence-Based Practices to facilitate therapeutic outcomes, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Sound Choice Mental Health offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, reflective of your skills and experience.
