In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic services tailored to meet the needs of your clients. Specific duties include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health concerns and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches to facilitate effective treatment.
• Maintaining thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a professional standard of patient confidentiality and care.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to offer integrated treatment solutions and ensure seamless patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to refine your clinical skills and enhance service delivery.
• Providing valuable education and resources to patients and their families, promoting mental health awareness and accessibility of essential services.
• Staying current with the latest research in the field of mental health, actively integrating new knowledge into your therapeutic practices.
• Managing a full caseload, ensuring timely progress towards treatment goals while upholding the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

At Inner Grove Oasis, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and couples grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic is dedicated to supporting underserved populations, and your role will be integral in ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.
• A strong understanding of solution-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• The capacity to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting.
