As a member of our outpatient team, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals, participating in regular virtual meetings to discuss case management and share best practices. • Provide evidence-based mental health care through virtual sessions, utilizing platforms designed for telehealth.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and design personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track progress and treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will have the opportunity to tailor your approach to meet each client's specific needs, applying culturally competent techniques to ensure effective treatment.

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active LMHC license in New York State, allowing you to provide therapeutic services to clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth, including experience with EHR software and online communication platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed mental health counselor.
• Experience working with various mental health issues and demographics, demonstrating flexibility in therapeutic approaches.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
