• Conduct initial client assessments and intake interviews to gather comprehensive mental health histories.
• Evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health through diagnostic testing and clinical observations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating modalities suited to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, promoting healing and resilience among clients.
• Monitor client progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care.
• Manage referrals to external services and follow-up with healthcare professionals for clients requiring additional support.
• Support families and caregivers in understanding and managing mental health challenges, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

Our clients range from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• Successful completion of National Counselor Examination (NCE) or National Clinical Mental Health Counselor Examination (NCMHCE).
• Strong proficiency in electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR or similar platforms.

• Previous experience as a mental health counselor, ideally in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with addiction disorders and underlying physical health conditions that affect mental health.
• Understanding of American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) best practices and treatment protocols.
• Adept in evaluating the implications of prescribed medications on mental health treatment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to clients and families.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy and support clients in navigating their mental health journeys.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, including a sign-on bonus.
