This position is fully remote, providing flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected with clients and the multidisciplinary team through telehealth platforms. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced lifestyle.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their individual goals.
• Deliver effective individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using appropriate therapeutic interventions informed by best practices.
• Engage in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participating in treatment meetings to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities, including case conferences, to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to quality standards of care.

The primary focus of this role is on clients dealing with addiction and substance abuse issues. You will also support individuals facing emotional crises, trauma, and suicidal ideation, providing immediate support and developing coping strategies to manage their challenges effectively. Your work plays a crucial role in promoting recovery and stabilization among varied demographics, including adolescents, adults, and families.

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• Strong clinical skills with a demonstrated ability to empathize and build therapeutic relationships are essential for success in this role.

• Experience in addiction therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate effective remote counseling.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and familiarity with current trends in mental health treatment.
