The Vice President, Provider Recruitment is a strategic leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing Integrated Dermatology's national provider recruitment function. This individual will lead a high-performing team while developing and executing innovative strategies to attract top dermatology talent across the country.

This role is highly visible and instrumental in shaping the long-term growth of the organization through thoughtful workforce planning, strong residency program engagement, and best-in-class recruitment practices. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships with physicians and advanced practice providers.

Job Description
  • Provide strategic leadership for all provider recruitment initiatives, aligning hiring strategies with the company's long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on results and relationship-building.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive residency program strategy, including building partnerships with dermatology residency programs and strengthening early-career pipelines.
  • Develop and enhance the organization's provider recruitment brand and value proposition within the dermatology community.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership, operations leaders, and practice partners to forecast hiring needs and ensure proactive workforce planning.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, using data and market insights to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
  • Oversee sourcing strategies and pipeline development to ensure consistent access to high-quality candidates across all markets.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador for the organization, representing Integrated Dermatology at industry events, conferences, and residency programs.
  • Ensure a high-touch, relationship-driven candidate experience that reflects the organization's values and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enhancements, and scalable recruiting solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of physician recruiting experience, preferably within a specialty healthcare MSO or multi-site practice.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success building and executing recruitment strategies and early-career pipelines, including residency program engagement.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence physicians, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging physician audiences and residency programs.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leveraging data, metrics, and technology to drive recruiting outcomes.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% as needed.
