• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and individualized interviews.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and aspirations.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family counseling, and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Monitor clients’ progress closely and adjust treatment plans based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, contributing insights and receiving guidance to enhance client outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practice, participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Our center serves a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their journeys towards mental wellness, creating a safe and empowering space for them to express their feelings and experiences.

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical assessment skills, with the ability to diagnose and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients.

We require a minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling. Experience with specialized populations or treatment modalities will be considered a significant advantage.
