• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments to establish rapport and understand the needs of new patients and their families.
• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the identified needs, employing various therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
• Ensure timely completion of necessary billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to bolster the maintenance of stable functioning for your clients.
• Create effective discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving care.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, organizational policies, and guidelines as required to maintain compliance and quality of service.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to keep current with best practices in mental health.
• Participate in regular case consultation and attend agency meetings to contribute to a collaborative treatment approach.
• Fulfill all licensure requirements and complete mandatory training as specified by the organization.

You will work with a diverse client population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that results in licensure.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to virtual care platforms is essential.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and an ability to address trauma-informed care, especially in a remote context, is highly valued.
