• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and utilize appropriate screening tools as indicated.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Engage in inter-professional collaboration to design and execute positive behavior plans aimed at client improvement.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of care provided.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
• Completion of a full-time clinical internship within a recognized mental health setting.
• Eligibility for licensure within the state of New York.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust swiftly.
• The ability to listen intently, providing empathetic responses while guiding clients toward positive outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapy modalities.

The annual salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $100,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
