Key Responsibilities

Your role as an LCSW will encompass a variety of duties aimed at ensuring the effective delivery of psychotherapy services. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs, diagnoses, and treatment goals, using established best practices.
• Formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining organized and accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring patient confidentiality and high-standard documentation.
• Collaborating seamlessly with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and share treatment insights during case consultations.
• Engaging actively in peer review meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance the team's overall performance and clinical effectiveness.
• Empowering patients through education about their mental health concerns and available treatment options, and connecting them with community resources.
• Handling a full caseload of patients while providing timely updates on their progress in accordance with treatment objectives and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our LCSWs work with a diverse client population, which may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in developing relationships built on trust and empathy, aiming to empower clients to participate actively in their treatment processes and make informed decisions regarding their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong emphasis on individual psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic interventions thoughtfully and effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health clinic settings.

Compensation and Benefits
