• Set realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and track their progress through regular evaluation sessions, adjusting treatment plans as required.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using secure teletherapy platforms to maintain accessibility, particularly for clients facing mobility or geographic challenges.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Participate in regular supervisions and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to individuals grappling with a wide array of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Must possess a current and valid state license such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload management skills.
