Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW at Inner Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patient history, mental health status, and the development of individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions.
• Providing a range of psychotherapeutic services, applying techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as per the specific needs of each client.
• Documenting patient progress through accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care and ensure effective treatment options.
• Conducting educational sessions for patients and families, guiding them through their journey, explaining treatment methodologies, and connecting them with community resources.
• Participating in regular peer review meetings to discuss case progress and enhance treatment quality.
• Keeping up-to-date with current research and clinical best practices to continuously infuse innovative techniques into your approach.
• Managing a consistent caseload, ensuring timely progression towards treatment goals while adhering to the professional guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid License to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting focusing on psychotherapy.
• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
