This role will be performed primarily in a remote capacity, allowing for flexibility while maintaining responsibilities for outpatient care. Our outpatient office provides resources and a collaborative atmosphere designed to support mental health professionals in delivering effective care. You will have the tools necessary to utilize evidence-based treatment modalities and electronically maintain patient records efficiently.

• Assess and evaluate clients' mental health needs through appropriate diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to establish tailored treatment plans.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of patient progress, offering interventions and strategies that align with their mental health diagnosis.
• Accurately and timely maintain all required treatment documentation and clinical information in compliance with established regulatory standards.
• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans alongside patients, their families, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring clarity in goals and desired outcomes.
• Help identify referral options to other healthcare providers when necessary, serving as a vital link between patients and additional support services.
• Offer support and education to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of professional growth and mentorship within the organization.
• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our therapeutic practices.

Your work will primarily revolve around helping children, adolescents, and their families facing various mental health challenges. This includes conducting individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy as appropriate. By aligning our treatment strategies with the diverse cultural and individual needs of our clients, you will play an essential role in enhancing patient outcomes and contributing to their overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current license in good standing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) from the State Board of Social Work Licensure is mandatory.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills in working with a range of mental health disorders, along with an understanding of the aging process and relevant cultural dynamics.

• 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, providing mental health counseling.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

The competitive salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
