• Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing platforms to engage with individual clients and group therapy participants, ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote sustained mental health improvement.

You will primarily serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve supporting clients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues within a remote school-based setting, addressing their specific needs through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, qualifying for licensure.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington, allowing you to provide independent clinical services.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to provide effective social work interventions.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans informed by best practice guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents, particularly in remote or educational settings.
