• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, offering evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups while adapting techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring they align with client goals and therapeutic objectives.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, educators, and medical practitioners, to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment strategies.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, documenting progress, treatment adjustments, and any critical incidents.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, utilizing a variety of response techniques tailored to individual circumstances.
• Advocate for clients within the healthcare system, connecting them to additional resources or services that may enhance their treatment journey.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work closely with school-aged individuals, offering insights and interventions to promote emotional well-being and academic success. Additionally, you may support parents and caregivers, providing them with strategies to foster healthier environments for their children.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, preferably in a remote or telehealth context.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and employing various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse client population.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice, ensuring that all clients feel seen, heard, and respected.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous experience working within school systems or with educational staff to support student mental health.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and the ability to implement them in your work.
