Clinical Recruiterย 

Full-Timeย 

(Remote; working for the PDT time zone)ย 

Salary Indication: $60,000 + benefits


Magnolia Behavior Therapyย  (rendering ABA therapy in Washington state) is looking for a detail-oriented, dynamic, professional and caring Clinical Recruiter to join our growing team!
We are seeking someone who is organized, professional, and passionate about helping build an amazing team that supports children and families.

Although the Clinical Recruiter will be working remotely, we value this colleague to be closely and collaboratively engaged with all team members in the hiring process, having short lines ofย 

communication.

Responsibilities

Recruit and screen candidates for mainly Behavior Technician positions and occasionally other positions.ย 

Post job openings and manage recruiting platforms

Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants

Maintain candidate records and hiring documentation

Support onboarding and hiring processes

Work closely with leadership and local teams to meet staffing goals

Help create a positive candidate experience


Qualifications

Must have recruiting experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Friendly, outgoing and professional attitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in healthcare or ABA is a plus
