• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs through virtual consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and evidence-based methodologies, addressing a range of issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Provide continuous support and therapeutic strategies to clients during regular follow-up sessions through telehealth.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) to track client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, creating a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
• Actively engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allied Health Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a wide array of patients, including those facing challenges with addiction, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in providing tailored care to individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all clients feel understood and valued in the therapeutic process.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based practices, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the capacity to approach challenging situations with composure and empathy.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy in a virtual format.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele and adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Familiarity with integrative treatment strategies that incorporate wellness, mindfulness, and holistic practices.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
