• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying needs and treatment objectives.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that therapeutic goals are achievable and culturally appropriate.
• Provide regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group modalities to address various mental health issues.
• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies as needed, demonstrating proficiency in managing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices, incorporating new evidence-based approaches into your work.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Your role will involve understanding each individual's unique background and experiences, and employing culturally sensitive strategies to foster trust and rapport.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.
• At least four years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse patient demographic.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidenced therapeutic approaches, and cultural competence.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building meaningful relationships with clients.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
• A commitment to professional ethics, confidentiality, and the well-being of clients.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and their applications in mental health care.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating within interdisciplinary teams.
• Specific experience addressing the needs of marginalized or underserved populations.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
