Join a fast-growing team building the future of clean energy. As a Water Truck Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting large-scale solar and wind energy construction projects. This hands-on position involves operating water trucks to control dust, maintain road conditions, and support site safety. You'll work outdoors in dynamic environments, coordinate with site crews, follow safety protocols, and ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
  • Operates water truck to spray roadways and work areas, effectively controlling dust and supporting site safety

  • Assesses ground and weather conditions to apply the appropriate amount of water, avoiding over- or under-watering

  • Refills truck from designated water sources; locates alternate sources when necessary to maintain operations

  • Conducts routine inspections of truck systems and equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water levels, ensuring safe and efficient operation

  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions

TOOLS FOR THE JOB
  • Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Tanker endorsement

  • One year certificate/diploma from a technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • All offers contingent on successful completion of pre-employment physical and screenings

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)

  • Must be able to work consistently outside, frequently in inclement weather

Pay Range: $20.00- $30.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
