Join a fast-growing team building the future. As a Field Surveyor, you'll support the installation of utility-scale energy projects across the United States. This hands-on role involves working outdoors, performing surveying, review surveying, operating and maintaining surveying equipment and tools.
YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
  • Performs surveying service to company projects to ensure construction work complies with design and construction requirements

  • Periodic reviews and checks on assigned project surveying as required to ensure accuracy and eliminate errors

  • Auxiliary surveying and grade control, quantities, and computation

  • Working outdoors for extended periods of times in various weather conditions

TOOLS FOR THE JOB
  • Two-year technical engineering/surveying training, or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of two years construction surveying experience, or equivalent combinations of training and related experience

  • Ability to accurately read Blueprints

  • Able to pass a background check, drug and alcohol screen

  • Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)

  • Composite or steel toe work boots

WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT
  • Surveying experience on renewable energy projects

  • Thorough knowledge of and ability to use all surveying equipment and techniques (i.e. GPS, Trimble GPS, Topcon GPS, Base Station use, machine control, laser use, etc)

Pay Range: $23.00- $28.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations. Compensation is just one factor of our overall benefits package.
