Job description

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting multi-unit retail portfolios preferred
• Experience with lease management systems preferred
Technical Skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI, GPT, or similar
• Familiarity with Lease Administration systems & software
• Experience with data governance or system administration preferred
• Experience with AI or automation tools preferred

Position Summary
The Real Estate Analyst is responsible for owning data governance, systems administration, and managing real estate transactional data and activity across a national retail portfolio of approximately 2,000 locations. This role serves as the central hub for real estate data integrity, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional system alignment, enabling efficient execution across Legal, Lease Administration, Construction, Facilities, and Finance. The Analyst will drive automation, data management, and process optimization initiatives while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all real estate platforms and stakeholders.
Data Governance & System Ownership
• Own data integrity across all real estate systems, including lease management platforms and internal databases
• Serve as system administrator for real estate platforms, portals, and related tools
• Establish, maintain, and enforce data governance standards, processes, and SOPs
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies across all Real Estate and Lease Administration systems
• Perform and oversee monthly system reconciliations across applicable platforms
• Provide system access, support, and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders
Business Intelligence
• Develop, maintain, and enhance portfolio-level dashboards
• Translate complex data into actionable insights
• Monitor and track key performance indicators across the real estate lifecycle
