Temporary Real Estate Data Analyst Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with the Philadelphia office of an AmLaw firm in their search for a Temporary Real Estate Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:

• At least three years of Commercial Real Estate paralegal experience in either a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience reviewing surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports and other due diligence.

Requirements:

• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate is a plus.

NOTE:

• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time

• Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations

• This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
