Job description

Position: Property Management Director
Location: San Francisco, CA, United States
Status: Permanent

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the management of our portfolio of affordable residential properties
• Managing Property Spvs / mgrs. / Training Manager / Maintenance professionals / admin staff.
• Overseeing preparation & managing of capital budgets, management services etc.
• Responsible for reporting systems to provide timely information to clients, President, Management Team, lenders, & regulatory agencie
• Oversees management of all buildings& properties.
• Oversees supervision, hiring, training, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Sets and implements strategic priorities for the Property Management, Management Information, and Operations Departments.
• Meeting w/ tenants formally and informally on a regular basis

Qualifications
• Must have College Diploma
• Experience in low income/affordable housing property management preferred w/ (HUD) and tax credit programs
• Experience with residential property management and budgeting
• Valid California driver’s license
• Real Estate Broker’s license
• CPM, NAHP and/or similar certification
• Multi-family property management experience is strongly preferred
