Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour

Join Our Team!

Ridgeview Commons is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful 40-unit LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community. If you enjoy working with people, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in creating a welcoming community, we'd love to hear from you!

Position Summary

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, compliance, and maintaining occupancy while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Market and lease apartment homes to qualified applicants

  • Process applications, complete resident move-ins and move-outs

  • Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations

  • Collect rent and manage delinquency according to company policies

  • Respond promptly to resident questions and concerns

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with maintenance staff/vendors

  • Conduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal and community standards

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports

  • Foster positive resident relationships and a welcoming community environment

  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

Qualifications
  • Previous property management, leasing, customer service, or office administration experience preferred

  • Experience with affordable housing, LIHTC, or HUD programs is a plus

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferred

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
