NOW HIRING — PART-TIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
Napa, California

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and dependable Part-Time Property Management Assistant to join our team in Napa.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently in the process of obtaining their California Real Estate License and wants to gain hands-on experience in property management and real estate.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with day-to-day property management operations
• Communicating with tenants, owners, vendors, and contractors
• Scheduling maintenance and coordinating vendors
• Assisting with property inspections and move-in/move-out processes
• Preparing and organizing property management documents
• Assisting with rental listings and showing coordination
• Following up on maintenance requests and tenant needs
• General administrative and office support
• Learning and assisting with various aspects of residential property management

Ideal Candidate:

• Currently working toward obtaining a California Real Estate License
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional and friendly communication skills
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable communicating with tenants, property owners, and vendors
• Basic computer and email skills
• Property management or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be local to the Napa area

Position: Part-Time
Location: Napa, CA
Schedule: Flexible / approximately 15–20 hours per week
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
