We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager with a passion for people, a sharp eye for details, and experience in property operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Property Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly—including rent collection, resident relations, and team support
  • Step in and lead the community in the Property Manager’s absence
  • Help lease apartments, coordinate move-ins, and keep resident files organized and accurate
  • Support residents with outstanding service, responding to concerns, maintenance needs, and renewals
  • Assist with notices, move-outs, inspections, final account statements, and even court filings if needed
  • Prepare reports, track market data, shop comps, and help hit leasing and occupancy goals
  • Guide and support leasing staff with training, motivation, and accountability
  • Keep your community looking sharp with regular inspections and strong communication with the maintenance team

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1+ year property management experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $18.00- $24.00 per hour DOE
