WellSky is looking for a Solutions Operations Manager to help scale how ourSolutionsorganization delivers impact across the business. This role sits at the center of operations, working across product, engineering, client experience, and leadership teams to ensure weoperateefficiently, consistently, and with clear accountability.

This job is responsible for daily operations and ensuring efficient and effective business processes. The scope of this job includes budgeting project plans and executing deliverables that improve business operations.

You will drive the programs, processes, and rhythms that keep teams aligned and moving forward,translating strategy into execution, improving how work gets done, and enabling faster, more predictable delivery. If you enjoy solving complex problems, bringing order to fast-moving environments, and influencing across teams, this is an opportunity to shape how Solutionsoperatesatscale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and operationalize scalable processes across the Solutions organization,identifyinginefficienciesand implementing improvements that align to enterprise priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional programs andoperatingrhythms, ensuring execution clarity, on-time delivery, and proactive stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and client teams.
  • Design and implement operational frameworks that improve visibility into work,optimizeresource allocation, and accelerate delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Partner across business units to standardize ways of working, improve handoffs, and reduce operational friction in complex, multi-team environments.
  • Identifyand mitigate operational risks,establishinggovernancemodelsand escalation pathways to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
  • Drive workforce planning and capacity management, aligning resourcing strategies to businessprioritiesand forecasted demand.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 4-6 years relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
