Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Change Management
    1. Lead and communicate process improvements or strategic shifts across the product org.
    2. Drive adoption of new tools, workflows, or methodologies.
  2. Analysis
    1. Conduct data analysis to support product decisions and performance measurement.
    2. Synthesize insights from various sources for leadership and teams.
  3. Project Management
    1. Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
    2. Track progress, identify risks, and report status to stakeholders.
  4. Ad Hoc Leadership Support
    1. Respond to 1-off requests from executive leadership (e.g., special reports, initiative kickoffs, crisis management).
    2. Prepare presentations, talking points, or briefings.
  5. Operational Support
    1. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for the product org.
    2. Track and drive employee engagement initiatives (surveys, recognition programs, all-hands meetings).
    3. Maintain org health metrics and dashboards.

Organizational Placement
  • Reporting Line: Typically reports to the Head of Product, Chief Product Officer, or a senior Product Operations Director.

Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborates daily with product managers, engineering leaders, HR/People Ops, finance, and executive leadership.
