About the Team

Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production coordinators. We work closely with our editorial team members to make our websites, emails and digital assets come alive with the Pottery Barn Kids' brand voice. We also collaborate closely with our cross-functional partners in eCom, Development, Brand Marketing and Merchandising to name a few! About the Role

Responsible for editing video content for the Pottery Barn Kids and Pottery Barn Teen digital platforms and channels.

This is an onsite role based in our Richmond, CA photo studio. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging vertical videos for usage across our social platforms like Instagram and TikTok

  • Have a digital first and socially lead approach to video content creation

  • Work with Creative Team to brainstorm, develop and support video content through delivery

  • Find new and engaging ways to elevate content to drive marketing goals

  • Stay current on industry trends -- keep the brand at the forefront of editorial content and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of video editing experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color-grading 

  • A superb storyteller, skilled at creating vertical content for social platforms  

  • Ensure high quality output and attention to detail

  • Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments

  • Outstanding communication and organization skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

The expected starting pay range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
