Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to be part of a collaborative care team that provides behavioral health assessments and treatment to service patients who have a behavioral health diagnosis. This level of service can be an outpatient treatment program or equivalent to outpatient (e.g., primary care office, partial hospitalization).
Responsibilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment processes, including application of the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (CSW) is required.
