Position Summary


This role will serve as the operational leader of Generators on Demand, ensuring the business executes with excellence every day. This executive leadership role oversees all operational departments, drives financial performance, develops leaders, improves systems, and ensures an exceptional customer experience. This position reports directly to the CEO and COO.

 


Primary Responsibilities

 

Operational Leadership

• Lead day-to-day operations.

• Oversee service/repair, installation, dispatch, rental, lease, inventory, fleet, and field operations.

• Ensure safe, efficient, profitable, high-quality work.


Financial Performance

• Drive profitability and efficiency.

• Monitor KPIs and improve labor, inventory, and warranty performance.


Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop department managers.

• Build a culture of accountability and teamwork.


Customer Experience

• Champion exceptional customer service and resolve escalated concerns.


Process Improvement

• Ensure SOPs are followed and continuously improve operations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years senior leadership in a service-based organization.

• Proven multi-department leadership.

• Strong financial acumen.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• High integrity.

 

Preferred

Generator Services, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Construction, Skilled Trades, or other Field

Service Operations.
