Business Analyst Intern - Summer 2027

Key Role Details

  • This is a full-time paid internship program spanning ten weeks from June through August 2027.

  • If you have previously interviewed for the Business Analyst role (AIP or ADP), we ask that you wait a minimum of 6 months from your last Powerday date.

  • Participation in the internship requires that you are located in the continental United States with in-person attendance at your assigned location, in accordance with Capital One's hybrid working model, for the duration of the program.

  • Interns will be evaluated for a full-time position within our rotational programs, with start dates six months to one year following the completion of the internship.

At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2028 or earlier

    • (for example: If you are graduating with a Bachelor's degree in May 2027 and are also currently enrolled in a full-time Master's degree program with an expected graduation date of May 2028, then your most recent full-time degree program is your Master's degree)

  • Must be continuing in the same course of study of your most recent full-time degree program following completion of the internship
