What You'll Do: 

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer I to join our Technology team. This role is ideal for an early-career engineer passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and improving the developer experience. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build, maintain, and enhance scalable systems that power our applications. 
This is a hands-on role with strong mentorship, offering exposure to modern DevOps practices, cloud-native technologies, and production environments. 

How You'll Help Us Win: 

  • Support and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS (primary) and Azure (secondary) 
  • Assist in building and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation 
  • Help monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues 
  • Contribute to observability efforts (logging, metrics, alerting) 
  • Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) 
  • Assist with networking and security configurations (load balancers, access controls, VPNs) 
  • Participate in a mentored on-call rotation 
  • Document systems, processes, and operational best practices 
  • Continuously learn and apply DevOps and cloud best practices 

What You'll Need To Succeed: 

  • Expertise: Working knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and networking fundamentals 
  • Programming: Proficiency in at least one modern programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell) 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 
  • Foundational understanding of containers (Docker) and cloud-native architectures 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a growth mindset 

Great if you have it: 

  • Certifications in Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or networking 
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Loki, or CloudWatch 
  • Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MDM solutions, and/or Fortinet 
  • Experience through internships, labs, or personal projects in DevOps or cloud environments
