TEAM: CUSTOMER OPERATIONS
PAY TYPE: HOURLY
Work Location: Boca Raton, FL
For local candidates living within a commuting distance from our corporate headquarters.
Work arrangement: Hybrid - Flexibility to work-from-home with occasional in-office expectations.
Pay: $51,000 base, non-exempt, plus a 7% performance bonus
Schedule: Hours of operation: Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (shifts are varied including late shifts)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

WHAT IS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing, analytical role (relevant internship, job experience, or pertinent education may be considered).
  • Outstanding communication, critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
WHAT IS PREFERRED:
  • 3+ years in an analytical, client service position in industries such as insurance, finance, banking, or industries with transferable skills.
  • General understanding of workers compensation insurance or insurance industry experience
