This position will be working within the Peacock Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC) as a team member providing assistance in delivering digital ads into NBCUniversal's digital live event streams.

The Ad Insertion Coordinator will be responsible for delivering digital ad pods into live event streams while also providing video live streaming support and monitoring feeds of Peacock & TVE single live events.

This role is a unique opportunity to participate in a state-of-the-art, cutting-edge, one-of-a-kind facility and team that will pioneer digital delivery and distribution for the industry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months and 1,000 hours, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

  • Listen to and/or communicate directly with commercial control room directors to support digital advertising operations
  • Insert advertising pods into digital livestreams
  • Monitor feeds of live NBC Sports events such as NASCAR, Premier League, College Football Games, PGA Tour events, Regional Sports Networks (RSN), etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or related field experience is required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience including internships ideally in a sports digital or TV production environment
  • Must have a reliable work history and be punctual
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts, overtime, and on weekends with short notice.
  • Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the US.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be willing and able to work on any shift including, overnights, swing, or weekend

Desired:

  • BA/BS in related field
  • Familiar with digital and video operations
  • General sense of Web content management systems
  • Technical experience with digital video and audio, troubleshooting and test techniques
  • Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effectively flexible in approach, and responds well to pressure
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations

Compensation: $18.00/hour  

Part-time: 15-25/Hours Weekly (Maximum 1,000 Hours) | On-site in Stamford, CT
