About the role
This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on operating, setting up, and maintaining envelope converting machines.
You'll ensure production equipment runs efficiently, produces high-quality output, and meets safety and operational standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
  • Set up, adjust, and operate envelope converting machines based on job tickets
  • Perform trial runs and measure product quality against specifications
  • Monitor machines during production to detect and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and emergency maintenance
  • Maintain production records, logs, and quality documentation
  • Support machine operators and assist in training and coaching
  • Ensure materials, inks, and supplies are properly prepared and maintained
  • Perform quality checks and ensure production standards are met
  • Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Communicate effectively with shift teams for smooth handoffs
  • Assist with equipment cleaning, setup, and changeovers
  • Support production goals with flexibility for overtime when needed

What you bring
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 60 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable working in a physically active environment (standing, bending, repetitive motion)
  • Ability to work in environments with noise, vibration, and airborne particles
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to work overtime as need
