The AI Software Developer will design and implement generative AI solutions to enhance internal product development and contribute to the advancement of AI/ML capabilities across business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Leads the design, development, and deployment of complex AI/ML models for both prototyping and production environments, ensuring they are efficient and adaptable.
• Drives AI/ML research and innovation by exploring and evaluating new techniques, tools, and frameworks.
• Optimizes model performance with a focus on robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Designs intelligent automation solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• Constructs and maintains robust, end-to-end data pipelines for collecting, processing, and analyzing large-scale datasets.
• Maintains high standards in code and model development through thorough documentation and adherence to engineering best practices.
• Integrates AI agents into existing platforms and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility and performance.

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT or other business area) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.
• Minimum 4 years experience in medical technology development.
• Minimum 4 years Software application architecture or database design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, with emphasis on Power Automate.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and Copilot Agents.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, C++, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS for model deployment and data storage.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Fabric, Azure AI foundry.
