  • 6+ years of experience leading and developing engineering or operations teams in a data center or mission-critical facility environment
  • Experience managing large-scale critical infrastructure systems including medium-voltage power distribution, chilled water cooling, UPS systems, and emergency diesel generation
  • Experience developing and executing operational programs including preventive maintenance, change management, and incident response for critical facility environments
  • Experience partnering with construction, commissioning, and capacity planning teams on large-scale data center development or expansion programs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing critical facility operations across a geographically distributed, hyperscale data center portfolio
  • Professional certifications in critical facility management such as Certified Data Centre Professional or equivalent industry credentials
