Launch Your Data Center Career-Train with CBRE, Power the Future with Meta
Meta is growing fast and they need people like you to help power their AI infrastructure. This is your chance to start a stable career in a booming industry with competitive pay and benefits at a Meta Data Center.
Through the Level Up the Fiber Technician Pathway program sponsored by Meta, CBRE is recruiting and hiring candidates into a four-week, paid training program. Graduate successfully, and you'll transition into a permanent, full-time as a Fiber Installer at a Meta Data Centers.
Whether you're local and ready to commute-or a road warrior ready to travel, this is your chance to learn fast, work smart, and turn training into a long-term career path.
What You'll Do (and Learn to Do)
During training-and once you're on the job-you'll build the skills to:
• Install, test, terminate, label, and document fiber optic cabling
• Pull low-voltage cables through conduits, ceilings, and pathways (ISP/OSP)
• Interpret floor plans, port maps, and telecom drawings to execute work accurately
• Install ladder rack, fiber troughs, seismic bracing, and grounding systems
• Patch, label, and barcode network equipment with precision and consistency
• Work safely every day while learning alongside experienced technicians
No experience? No problem-everything you need is taught during the training program.
What We're Looking For
• A strong willingness to learn and take direction
• A safety-first mindset, plus reliability and teamwork
• Comfort using hand tools
• Readiness for hands-on, physical work
• Interest in technical systems, cabling, or construction-style environments
• Great attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Eligibility to work in the United States
Training & Pay (Earn While You Learn)
• Training starts July 13 and runs for four weeks (full-time), with new classes starting weekly
• $25.00/hour during training
• If you're local, you may commute daily
• If you're non-local, you'll receive company-paid housing, travel, and food for the duration of training
