  • Data center pathways, racks, cabinets, and ladder tray systemsย
  • Safety practices for work in live data center environmentsย
  • Conduct training assessments to evaluate technical skills and provide remediation and coachingย
  • Develop training reportsย

Content, Platforms & Standardsย

  • Partner with subjectโ€matter experts (SMEs), field leadership, and operations teams toย validateย technical accuracy and relevance of training materials.ย
  • Develop learning assets including instructorโ€led content, job aids, simulations, assessments, SOPs, and digital modules.ย
  • Translate fieldโ€level processes intoย clear, repeatable, technicianโ€friendly training content.ย
  • Ensure training content aligns withย industry standards and best practicesย (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSIย methodology, client requirements).ย
  • Create evaluations and measurement tools to assess technician readiness, skill progression, and training effectiveness.ย

Governance, Quality & Optimizationย

  • Audit and evaluate learning programs to ensure consistent delivery, compliance, and quality across regions.ย
  • Review training metrics, technician feedback, and performance outcomes to continuously improve content and delivery methods.ย
  • Recommend and implement improved training strategies and delivery models toย optimizeย knowledge transfer from classroom to job site.ย

Leadership & Collaborationย

  • Support crossโ€functional initiatives by explaining complex technical concepts in clear, actionable terms.ย
  • Impact both individual learner performance and broader team capability through standardized, repeatable training frameworks.ย

Whatย Youโ€™llย Needย

Education & Experienceย

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferredย orย equivalent combination of education and experience.ย
