Data Center Lead
Salary Range: $130,000 to $146,500 per year
Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Data Center Lead to support DLIFLC at the Presidio of Monterey, CA. This position leads Data Center Operations, including configuration and support of domain system servers, SAN, backup systems, identity management, and physical and logical data center security.
This position is contingent upon contract award. 
Responsibilities
• Lead a team responsible for planning, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of all data center servers and applications.
• Maintain a high-availability hybrid data center environment.
• Assess customer needs and implement improved configurations.
• Oversee identity management, backup, and recovery operations.
Required Qualifications
• BA/BS with 5+ years of progressive data center systems administration experience, OR 9+ years in lieu of degree.
• Active IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.
• Experience maintaining high-availability data center environments.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud services.
• Extensive experience supporting large, highly scalable applications.
Desired Qualifications
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification.
• Experience with EMC SAN technologies and Active Directory at enterprise scale.
• Prior DoD or Army data center experience.
