Data Center Lead (3 Openings) – Colorado City / Barber Lake, TX | Onsite
NextGen is hiring Data Center Shift Leads to support a large-scale AI Data Center deployment for Our Client. We are looking for experienced Data Center professionals with strong Rack & Stack experience and leadership capabilities to lead technicians during shift operations.
Location:
- Colorado City, TX
- Barber Lake, TX
- 100% Onsite
Duration:
- 3+ Months Contract
- High potential for extension or full-time opportunity based on performance
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Data Center technicians during assigned shifts
- Assign and prioritize installation tasks
- Ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain work continuity
- Coach and support technicians during live deployments
- Perform Data Center hardware installations and infrastructure build activities
- Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues
