Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Malpractice Paralegal located at our Baltimore, MD office. The Medical Malpractice Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, conducting research, reviewing case documents, analyzing medical records, and providing administrative support. The individual will also facilitate effective communication between attorneys, clients, and other parties.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in legal procedures, law, and medical malpractice litigation

  • Experience with legal document preparation and document review

  • Strong research skills with a keen attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional, fast-paced environment

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, or a Paralegal Certificate

  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
