• Analyze and prepare responses to discovery requests, including interrogatories and requests for production of documents. • Monitor case status and outside counsel compliance with litigation guidelines. • Attend depositions, hearings, settlement conferences and trials.

• Negotiate disposition of claims including selection and retention of medical experts and negotiation with claimants and their attorneys.
