Description

Help Build the Future of an Industry

Most marketing internships focus on social media posts and coffee runs.

This is not one of them.

Autowash is a Colorado-based technology company transforming the vehicle-care industry through robotics, automation, customer experience, and innovative business strategies. We are looking for curious, creative, and motivated Marketing & Growth Interns who want to gain real-world experience while contributing to meaningful business projects.

You will work closely with the Autowash marketing team and company leadership on initiatives ranging from robotic powered car wash launches and digital campaigns to content creation, customer research, membership growth, in-person customer engagement, and brand development.

What You'll Do

Depending on your skills and interests, you may:

Create and edit photo, video, written, and graphic content

Support digital campaigns across email, website, social media, and paid advertising

Assist with robotics launches, promotions, location openings, and membership campaigns

Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and membership trends

Support website updates, SEO, business listings, and marketing databases

Help with partnerships, recruiting campaigns, trade shows, and special events

Cultivate and report on metrics related to the performance of social media, digital advertising, and sales generation initiatives

Present results and recommendations to the marketing team and company leadership

What You'll Learn

Customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention

Digital marketing and campaign analytics

Content creation and creative production

Website, SEO, email, and customer marketing

AI-assisted marketing tools

Project management and business growth

Executive communication and presentation skills

Capstone Experience

Every intern will participate in meaningful marketing initiatives from concept through execution. With support from the marketing team, you will develop a plan, complete the project, measure its results, and present your findings to Autowash leadership.

Who We're Looking For

Strong candidates are curious, dependable, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments. You should be willing to work both in an office and in the field at Autowash locations and events.

Experience with photography, video, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media, websites, spreadsheets, AI platforms, or analytics tools is helpful but not required.

Ideal Areas of Study

Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Photography, Video Production, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Why Autowash?

This is an opportunity to contribute to real campaigns, build a professional portfolio, work alongside experienced leaders in an exciting new direction of the car wash industry, and see how marketing directly impacts a growing business.

You will gain exposure to multiple areas of modern, outside the box, and category defining marketing while helping shape the future of a Colorado company at the intersection of technology, robotics, automotive culture, and customer experience.
