Collaboration with multiple teams is common, fostering networking opportunities and a better understanding of potential career paths within the company.

What is an Internship Lottery?

An Internship Lottery is a selection process used by some organizations or educational institutions to allocate internship positions among a pool of eligible candidates. Instead of selecting candidates based solely on merit or interviews, a lottery system randomly assigns available slots to applicants. This method is often used when demand far exceeds supply, ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for all participants. Internship lotteries are commonly found in fields such as healthcare, education, and government programs.
