This role sits within the data organization reporting to the Chief Strategy & Data Officer and focuses on building a modern data function from the ground up at a high-growth consumer startup.

What Will You Do?

As a Director of Data & Analytics at Jackpot, you will set the vision and strategy for Data Analytics and Data Science while partnering with Data Engineering to modernize infrastructure and own the full data platform. You will serve as the AI thought leader, embedding innovative AI techniques across analytics, machine learning models, and business operations. Additionally, you will build a world-class experimentation program that drives statistical rigor, tool selection, and rollout frameworks to champion data-driven decisions across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.
