HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

The Deduction Analyst is a strategic partner within the Deduction Management organization, responsible for advancing business intelligence reporting, driving deduction reduction initiatives, and delivering data-driven insights that improve business performance. This role develops and maintains Power BI solutions, analyzes deduction trends, identifies root causes and improvement opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance deduction performance, cash recovery, operational efficiency, and KPI attainment. Additionally, the Deduction Analyst provides advanced analytical support, reporting expertise, and training to deduction and customer business teams, enabling informed decision-making and continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Deduction Management & Process Optimization: Lead initiatives that reduce deductions, improve cash recovery, and enhance operational effectiveness through analysis of deduction trends, root cause identification, and continuous process improvement.

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights, support KPI monitoring, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Business Partnership & Analytics: Serve as a trusted analytical partner to Sales, Finance, Customer Business Teams, and the SSO Deduction Team by delivering meaningful insights and recommendations that drive business performance and operational excellence.

  • Audit, Compliance & Organizational Support: Ensure adherence to company policies, controls, and audit requirements by supporting audit and write-off activities, while also providing cross-functional project support, training, and operational backup to maintain business continuity.

  • Advanced excel skills to be able to clean data, manage, investigate, and present to internal and external partners

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH...

Regular interaction with remote Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Business Teams via phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

Minimum education required: Bachelors degree

Years of relevant experience: 0-3 years of progressive experience in support of data management or strong internship program

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience creating data visualizations

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional teams

  • Understanding of statistical analysis and performance measurement techniques preferred

  • Experience with financial systems such as SAP, CRM, TPM is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$46,600-$64,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
