A growing private investment and management firm is seeking a Junior Private Equity Analyst to join its Newport Beach headquarters.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional who is passionate about private equity, acquisitions, corporate finance, and business strategy. You'll work directly with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify acquisition opportunities that align with investment objectives
  • Conduct market and industry research
  • Perform company and financial analysis
  • Build relationships with business owners, brokers, and referral partners
  • Support outbound business development and acquisition sourcing efforts
  • Assist with due diligence and investment research
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and market summaries
