A well-established organization in the Fresno area is seeking a Junior Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform budget vs. actual analysis and identify variances
  • Assist with financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities
  • Prepare ad hoc financial reports for leadership

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
