Position Overview:

Junior Analyst is responsible for supporting relationships suppliers to ensure the collection, maintenance, and provision of high-quality data. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. Strong Excel experience and familiarity with data is a must. The position will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, availability, consistency, and timeliness of data, supporting the overall success of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor contracts, performance evaluation, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of data from vendors as per the organization's requirements.
  • Continuously monitor data quality and consistency, identifying and rectifying any issues or anomalies.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and data management practices.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to establish data delivery timelines and ensure adherence.
  • Proactively communicate with vendors to resolve any delays or issues in data availability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, agreements, and communication.
  • Ensure proper documentation of data collection and management processes.
  • Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines for data collection and management, ensuring standardization and consistency.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, availability, and consistency of data provided by manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Responsible for developing strong relationships with vendors, managing data collection processes, ensuring data quality, and facilitating timely data provision to support operations and decision-making within the organization.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with Excel and large data sets.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality standards, and best practices.
