At Intel New Mexico, the Wafer Packaging Manufacturing (WPM) C4 organization plays a critical role in semiconductor wafer processing, testing, and die to wafer assembly.
Beyond traditional product types, C4 drives Intel's advanced packaging strategy, enabling large scale AI computing and next generation technologies. Working in C4 offers the opportunity to contribute directly to manufacturing excellence in a collaborative, supportive, and fast paced environment where innovation and continuous improvement are valued.

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose issues with non functioning manufacturing equipment.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, install, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, and technical documentation.
Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance; coordinate with equipment suppliers for service and repairs as needed.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret equipment and performance data to improve tool reliability, availability, and overall module performance.
Document system failures, update existing equipment specifications, and create new specifications supporting equipment maintenance and performance.
Partner with Module Engineering to execute experiments, equipment configuration changes, and data collection activities in accordance with published procedures.
Support engineering troubleshooting efforts through data analysis and controlled experimentation to meet or improve availability and performance targets and prevent future excursions.
During factory ramps, collaborate with Module Engineering and construction teams to ensure tools are installed, converted, and qualified per design requirements.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards.
