You will be working onsite in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic that is fully equipped with the latest therapeutic technologies and modalities. Our facility fosters a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, allowing you to thrive as a clinician and as part of a team. The clinic is open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured environment that enables a balanced work-life experience.

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, including strength, coordination, and mobility assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and tailored goals, ensuring strategies are aligned with clinical best practices.
• Implement a variety of hands-on treatment techniques including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery and improvement in function.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications that enhance wellness.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, post-operative patients, and individuals with chronic pain conditions. You will apply your expertise to support patients of all backgrounds in regaining mobility and improving their quality of life, contributing positively to their recovery journey.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Active Nevada Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and excellent patient care.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy preferred, but motivated recent graduates with relevant clinical internships will also be considered.
• Experience in utilizing evidence-based practice models and methodologies to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
